The wines in our collection come from both small, excellent local producers and prestigious, world-renowned wineries: the most awarded Brunellos and Chiantis, alongside emerging biodynamic and Triple A producers.
Each bottle tells a story or has the potential to tell new ones.
It is Chef & Patron Nicola Micheletti who personally chooses and selects the best offerings from the national territory, particularly the vineyards of the Tuscany region. This ensures great expertise and taste in pairing food and wine, maintaining a consistent line with the short supply chain philosophy.

Terroir Tuscany

Tuscany is one of the most fascinating and appreciated terroirs in the world. It produces exceptional wines and high-level oenology: from the most glorious denominations like Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti, and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, to the so-called "Supertuscans."
Among the over 370 labels on our wine list, in addition to Tuscany's finest wines, Nicola Micheletti selects biodynamic and Triple A wines, and wines from small local producers in the area. Alongside these beautiful examples of innovative winemaking, there is space for the best Italian bottles, from the excellent whites of Alto Adige to the most interesting reds from Sicily, passing through the Piemonte wines of Angelo Gaja and the sparkling excellence of Franciacorta, as well as a rich selection of French sparkling wines.
In a respected wine cellar, there is also room for the best local craft beer producers, like Birrificio Clandestino from Livorno and Nani Birrai from Pisa, young local realities recognized nationally and internationally. The offer is completed with a rich selection of dessert wines.

"Tuscanicum" is a brand created in 2020 to act as a collector and showcase for the farmers and artisans of taste in Tuscany. Among the natural and innovative products in the line, the Botanical Gin is a must-try, made from an infusion of aromatic herbs from the Tuscan territory. At Locanda Sant'Agata, the best Tuscan breweries find space and recognition, such as the Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino from Livorno and the Gilda dei Nani Birrai from Pisa, to name just a few of the young artisanal realities Nicola Micheletti has decided to support.
