Nicola Micheletti
Nicola Micheletti is the chef of the Locanda Sant'Agata restaurant and the first Euro-Toques chef of the Pisa area.
Born into a family of chefs, Nicola spent his childhood in the kitchens and dining rooms of his family’s restaurant in San Giuliano Terme, which at the time was run by his father, Luca. His life in the kitchen had such a profound impact on him that he eagerly chose this profession, always striving to find the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
In 2019, Nicola became a member of the prestigious Euro-Toques Association, a group that gathers renowned national and international chefs under its banner. Recognized by other members of the association, he was invited to join by the national president, Enrico Derflingher. As a result of this important acknowledgment, Nicola officially became the first Euro-Toques chef of the Pisa area.
