The ability to always pay attention to the balance of flavours demonstrates that gourmet cuisine should not only use cutting-edge techniques and elegant plating but can and should also rediscover the simplicity of flavours to become truly unique and unforgettable. The Restaurant is open to both boutique hotel guests and external guests for brunch, lunches, aperitifs, dinners, and private events. During winter, the restaurant is divided between an indoor room and a spacious tent structure; in summer, the outdoor spaces and fresh air of the Tuscan countryside take centre stage.
