Locanda Sant’Agata boasts a world-class restaurant immersed in the splendid Tuscan countryside in the township of San Giuliano Terme, between Pisa and Lucca. The restaurant’s proprietorcum chef is Luca Micheletti, whose exquisite dishes stem from insightful exploitation of the fresh natural products of the territory. His continuous search for the best local organic produce through direct contact with producers results in a farm-to-table approach with delectable dishes whose tastes represent not only the territory, but a unique eno-gastronomic experience.

Wines are a fundamental part of dining at the Locanda and the wine cellar, personally managed by Luca’s son, Nicola, represents one of the family jewels: world-renowned Tuscan wines, biodynamic wines, international and Triple A wines, a craft beers.
